📍 Location: Secane, PA
LYNC Transportation Services is hiring a reliable and motivated team member for a hybrid driver and operations support role supporting morning transportation services.

🕒 Schedule
- Monday to Friday
- 5:00 AM to 10:00 AM with flexibility as needed
🚐 What You’ll Do
- Safely transport students and passengers on assigned routes
- Respond to call-outs and help cover routes as needed
- Communicate with drivers and support morning operations
- Assist with route coordination and updates
🔧 Additional Responsibilities
- Provide support as a vehicle attendant or monitor when needed
- Assist with passenger safety and proper procedures
- During non-driving hours, support dispatch, communication, and administrative tasks to ensure efficient operations
💻 Technology Skills
- Comfortable using smartphones, apps, and computer systems
- Able to use communication tools such as Zoom phone system
- Able to monitor dispatch boards and trip updates in real time
✅ What We’re Looking For
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- At least 2 years of driving experience preferred
- Reliable, punctual, and able to respond quickly in early morning hours
- Strong communication skills
