🚌 Now Hiring: PM Driver / Operations Support (Part-Time)
📍 Location: Secane, PA
Lync Transportation Services is looking for dependable and safety-focused drivers for a unique hybrid role that combines driving with light operational support. If you’re someone who values consistency but also enjoys a dynamic work environment, this role is for you.
🕒 Schedule
- Monday to Friday
- 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM with flexibility as needed
🚐 What You’ll Do
- Safely transport students and passengers while staying on schedule
- Monitor routes and communicate delays or issues in real time
- Assist with route coverage and adjustments as needed
- Help ensure all vehicles return safely at the end of each shift
🔧 Additional Responsibilities
- Provide support as a vehicle attendant or monitor when needed
- Assist with team operations to maintain full route coverage
- During non-driving hours, support dispatch coordination, communication, and administrative tasks to keep operations running smoothly
💻 Technology Skills
- Comfortable using smartphones and computer systems
- Ability to use communication tools such as Zoom phone
- Able to review dispatch boards and trip updates
✅ What We’re Looking For
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- At least 2 years of driving experience preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Reliable, dependable, and team-oriented
